Who can access it

Authorised Baybox staff can access enquiries. Our website hosting provider processes submissions, and Microsoft 365 processes enquiries sent to our mailbox. We do not sell enquiry data.

How long we keep it

We review enquiries when the conversation ends and delete them when they are no longer needed for the business relationship or a legal obligation. You may request deletion at any time.
